Heirloom is a brown hybrid for the fresh market. It gives an excellent quality mushroom. The colour is medium to dark brown. The Heirloom gives a very solid mushroom with minimal scale. It gives an excellent shelf life. Heirloom is by far the market leader for brown mushrooms. Size of the cap can be small, medium or very large – as required.

Heirloom Strain

Brawn is a brown hybrid for the fresh market. It is well suited to intensive cultivation and gives very dark brown mushrooms. Brawn gives less pins compared with Heirloom. It has a fast growth rate and gives solid mushroom with a slightly bulbous stalk.
